Facility Training gives businesses that serve children and families the tools to prevent bullying and resolve conflict. On completion, a business becomes an official No Bullies Allowed facility.
Why train your facility.
Bullying happens outside of schools too, in the kid-friendly businesses families trust every day. Those businesses play a real part in keeping children safe.
When staff learn to recognize bullying behavior and manage conflict, the facility shows a clear commitment to anti-bullying and to the safety of every child in its care.

Employees.
Businesses send appointed employees or managers to complete the No Bullies Allowed training course. Each person earns individual certification on completion.
Facilities.
Businesses can request certification for the whole facility. A representative makes a pre-visit and provides training tailored to the space and its staff.

Certified people and facilities are expected to uphold the anti-bullying policy and to put the strategies from the course into practice, so bullying is prevented before it takes hold.
School Training and Corporate Training are on the way. If either fits your organization, tell us and we will reach out when they open.
