Privacy policy.
Last updated June 2026.
No Bullies Allowed is an initiative of the Bullying Prevention Association of America, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. We care about the privacy of every visitor, especially children and families. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect.
We only collect what you choose to share. When you use a form on this site, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, your email address, and your message. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. We do not ask children to submit personal information through this site.
How we use it.
We use your information to reply to you, to process the request you sent, to send updates you asked for, and to run our programs and campaigns. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. Form messages and newsletter signups are handled by a form service and sent to our team. Donations are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details directly under its own privacy terms. If we turn on website analytics, it helps us understand general traffic patterns, not identify individuals.
Children’s privacy.
This site is written for parents, teachers, donors, and other adults who support children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
