We respond to media inquiries within one business day, and faster on a deadline. Say what your deadline is and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
For background, we can speak to bullying prevention in early childhood, bullying inside youth sports teams, what facility and staff training involves, and what we see on the ground in Houston and across Texas. Where a question sits outside what we actually know, we will say so and point you to someone better placed.

We do not put children in front of cameras. Where a young person or family wants to tell their own story, that is their decision to make, and we will ask them privately rather than volunteering them.
Anything involving a child requires consent from a parent or guardian in writing, and we hold that standard even when a family is enthusiastic. Stories already published on this site are cleared, and we can tell you which.
